Our Story

With a PhD in Org. Psych and as a professional, Certified workplace Health & Safety Lead Auditor, seeing an overwhelming amount of confusion on what meets legal compliance for workplace health & safety psychological health, and what does not, and an equal amount of misconception for the requirements for workplace healthy culture & mental health, and frustrated with the lack of any subject-matter expertise-based options to direct organisations towards for support, EnableOrg® was founded.

Ranjeeta is founder of EnableOrg® - Leading experts in Leadership, Psychosocial Compliance & Healthy Culture. For workplace legal obligations in Psychological Harm Prevention & Wellbeing. For a Healthy Culture with Burnout Prevention. 

Her PhD in Organisational Psychology focused on Leadership, Psychosocial Risk, Wellbeing, Culture & Resilience, in Positive Psychology & Organisational Behaviour. Her unique multi-disciplinary and multi-faceted professional career and academic research has given her a breadth and depth understanding of complex workplace people and systems dynamics that allows holistic solutions at the grass roots for sustainable, optimised solutions. Ranjeeta has had a career spanning organisational governance, development and risk management. 

She has worked across Clinical, Public and Private sector industries in UK, Australia and NZ. She has been an expert panel member for JAS-ANZ Auditor development, is a Lead Auditor for Health & Safety, Quality, contracts Compliance & Conformance, a BSI Executive ISO trainer across several varying Standards, an Executive Coach and is a current Board Director.
